We nowadays, all are very much careful with our health. A healthy body and mind is very much important to keep us active in our daily life. Today, we will see some people who had suffered a lot with their heavy weighted body. After seeing them we should be aware of our health.

Jon Brower Minnoch:
Jon Brower Minnoch was an American man who had born in September 29, 1941 and had died on September 4, 1983. He was the heaviest recorded human in history. Jon’s weight was approximately 1,400 lb, Means (635 kilograms) at his peak. Since childhood, Jon normally weighed 800–900 lb (363–408 kilograms) during his adult years. He owned a taxi company. Also worked as a driver around his home in Bainbridge , Washington.

In an attempt to lose weight, Minnoch went on a 600 kcal (2,500 kJ) per day diet under a doctor’s advise. As a result, Minnoch was bedridden for about three weeks before finally going to a hospital in March 1978. It took over a dozen firefighters to transport Jon Brower Minnoch to the hospital Washington Medical Center in Seattle.

Doctors diagnosed jon with edema, and an endocrinologist, estimated his weight to be approximately 1400 lb . His physicians placed him on a 1,200 kcal (5,000 kJ) per day diet where, after around two years in the hospital, he lost over 900 lb of weight ,the largest documented human weight loss at the time.After leaving the hospital, Minnoch regained much of the weight and died in September 1983,weighing nearly 800 lb.

Khalid bin Mohsen Shaari is a Saudi Arabian man, who born 28 February 1991.In August 2013 , he was found as the second-heaviest person in recorded history at 610 kg (1,340 lb; 96 st).Behind Jon Brower Minnoch.
Khalid bin Mohsen Shaari was born in Saudi Arabia on 28 February 1991. He was 22 when he was declared the “fattest man alive”.

In 2013, Saudi King Abdullah ordered him to come from his home to Medical City in the country’s capital, Riyadh, to undergo a series of dietary and physical programs, so that it can help him lose weight.During the weight loss, he was able to walk for the first time in five years. He had lost 542 kg and weighs become 68 kg.He had his last surgeries to remove excess skin in January 2018.

Robert Earl Hughes:

Robert Earl Hughes was an American man who was, the heaviest human being recorded, weighing 1,071 pounds (486 kg), during his lifetime (June 4, 1926 – July 10, 1958). He remains the heaviest human in the world able to walk without the need of assistance.

Early life and family of Robert Earl Hughes:
Robert Hughes was born in Monticello, Missouri, the son of Abraham Guy Hughes and Georgia Alice . He was born “weighing a hefty but not abnormal”, who had weight of 11 pounds 4 ounces or 5.1 kg .
Robert family moved to Fishhook, Illinois, when Robert was six months old.

Career:
Hughes made some income from selling photographs of himself, because of his huge body .During his adult life, Hughes made guest appearances at carnivals and fairs. He joined a traveling roadshow, when he was 27 years old.

In 1957, traveling with his brother Guy and Guy’s wife Lillian, Hughes had bookings throughout the country.
While travelling with the roadshow in Nappanee, Indiana, Hughes, the flesh under his fingernails turned blue of Hughes.

Because he was unable to be moved to the nearest hospital in Bremen, Indiana doctors treated him at his trailer and doctors said that, he was suffering from measles. He developed uremia too.
He died on July 10, 1958, at the age of 32. About 2,000 people came to attend the funeral of Hughes.
